Specialty Staff offers health, dental and vision benefits

Full-time employees working 30 or more hours per week (averaged over a 30-day window on a continuous basis) are eligible for health, dental & vision benefits.

Term Life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment Insurance ($25,000) is also available to those employees working 40 or more hours per week (averaged over a 30-day window on a continuous basis). Employees must meet the eligibility waiting period: 1st of the month following 90 days of employment.

Specialty Staff, Inc., offers 3% Matching 401(K), fully vested on the employer match after 3 years of investment. Employees are a 100% vested in personal deferral. Employees are eligible to defer before-tax compensation in the 401(K) beginning the 1st pay period of each month and must be age 18.

Financial planning and wealth building services are offered free at no cost to the team member.
